摘要
目的观察高渗乳液对婴儿肾脏的早期影响。方法测定等渗、高渗乳液喂养的婴儿肾小球早期损伤标志物尿液微量白蛋白(mAlb)、肾小管早期损伤标志物尿液视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP),应用SAS软件包对数据进行相关分析。结果高渗透压乳液喂养乳婴儿组的肾脏早期损伤指标明显高于等渗透压乳液组。结论高渗透压乳液对婴儿的肾功能有显著性影响。
Objective To explore the effects of hypertonic milk （hypertonic breast feeding and milk solution） onthe baby＇s kidneys. Methods To determination early renal tubular injury markers-urine mAlb and early glomerular injury markers-urine RBP of babys were used isotonic and hypertonic breast feeding and milk solution to fed,and analyzed the experimental data with SAS software package.Results The hypertonic breast feeding and milk solution to the baby＇s kidneys have a significant impact.Conclusion Emulsion of high osmotic pressure of renal function in infants have significant impact.
