丙泊酚静脉麻醉用于无痛人工流产的观察与护理

目的观察丙泊酚静脉麻醉用于无痛性人工流产的疗效及总结护理要点。方法选择2009年1月至2009年12月给予200例孕妇实施人工流产手术时,予丙泊酚静脉麻醉作为观察组;同期选取200例使用2%利多卡因宫颈阻持麻醉作为对照组,对2组镇痛效果,及人流术后综合征,并发症作比较。结果观察组镇痛总有效率为100%,优于对照组(P<0.02)。结论丙泊酚用于无痛人工流产具有起效快、作用时间短和苏醒快且安全,减少孕妇术中疼痛及紧张焦虑的情绪,人流术后综合征及并发症发生率低等优点。

Objective To observe the effect of painless abortion with propofol ntravenous anesthesia and summarize the nursing key points.Methods The observation group for 200 cases（January 2009 to December 2009）,with propofol intravenous anesthesia when artificial abortion operating,200 cases of the control group given 2% cervical resistance lidocaine anesthesia holding,and to be compared the analgesic effect,flow postoperative syndrome and postpartum complications.Results Observation group is superior to the control group（P〈0.02）with 100% effective rate.Conclusion There are virtues of quicker returns,safety,alleviating pain and worry and complications.
