摘要
为了提高传统逆向物流网络的效率和效益,在考虑逆向物流设施的寿命周期和年运营费的基础上,进行了逆向物流网络模型设计。该模型考虑了m个备选的拆解中心、n个备选的再制造中心以及k个备选的检测中心,引入拆解中心节点、物流设施残值变量及年运营费变量,并根据设定的约束条件和目标函数,构建了逆向物流的混合整数线性规划模型,通过优化分析得到了最优值,实例验证效果显著,为逆向物流的运输路线的优化过程提供可行的分析方法。
In order to improve the efficiency and benefit of traditional reverse logistics network,the reverse logistics network is designed based on the life cycle of the reverse logistics facilities and the annual operating costs.The model of mixed integer linear planning is constructed which considers m optional centers of dismantling,n optional remanufacturing centers and k optional testing centers.The model introduces dismantling node,variable about the residual value of reverse logistics facilities and the annual operating costs,and then discounts them to the present value.Using the optimizing model,an example is analyzed and validated.It is shown that the model has universal significance and provides an feasible method for the optimal operation process of the reverse logistics.
