摘要
供应链金融是通过分析企业所处的整个供应链的交易结构,针对每笔具体业务授信,通过管理供应链中相关企业的资金流、物流、信息流的方式来实现风险的可控性,降低风险的基础上为企业提供融资、结算、理财等综合金融服务。文中从参与各方的角度来分析了供应链金融给各方带来优势及这种运作模式下存在的风险,并结合现行的运作实践做出相应的对策分析。
