企业核心能力刚性化现象及其克服

Research on the Rigidities Phenomena and Elimination of Core Competitiveness

基于知识观的核心能力理论认为,核心能力刚性化现象源于企业知识体系不能及时作出调整,以适应环境的变化。文中在阐释核心能力刚性的涵义和分析其主要表现的基础上,提出通过构建战略联盟、创新企业知识、改造企业文化来消除核心刚性化现象。

Based on the Knowledge Concept,core competitiveness theory maintains that core competitiveness rigidities phenomena have roots in the inadaptation of companies＇ knowledge system to environmental changes.In this paper,author illustrates and analyzes the meaning and features of core competitiveness rigidities,and puts forward the countermeasures to eliminate them through building strategic alliance,Knowledge innovation and enterprise culture reform.
