我国高等职业教育还停留在学校教育阶段,教师的实践性教学能力极为有限。改变我国职业教育现状,要推广以工作过程为导向的实践教学模式。同时,教师职业能力要向综合性、专业性、方向性、技术性、操作性方面转化,并且形成高职教师以职业能力为主的培养新机制。

Higher Vocational Education in China still in the stages of school education,practical teaching ability of teachers is very limited.Change the status of vocational education,to promote the practice of the work process-oriented teaching.Meanwhile,the professional ability of teachers to the comprehensive,professional,directional,technical,operational aspects of transformation,and the formation of vocational teachers in vocational competency-based training new mechanism.
