基于矢量控制的新型抽油机控制系统研究

摘要 本文介绍了以TMS320F2812 DSP为控制核心的全数字化永磁同步电机伺服控制系统的硬件和软件设计,对控制系统硬件和软件各部分的结构和功能作了详细的阐述。 Permanent magnet synchronous motor has been widely applied in servo system for unsurpassed efficiency and power density;it gradually takes the place of DC motor.With developments of power converters technology and high performance microprocessors,servo system is steadily moving towards fully digital implementation of the controllers.Fully digital AC servo system has high reliability,and it is excellently flexible to implement new control strategies without ameliorating system hardware.The thesis introduces hardware and software design of servo control system which is based on TMS320F2812 DSP.Their structure and function are described in detail.
