焊接熔池形态是与焊接过程和焊接质量密切相关的因素,熔池的形状不仅决定了焊缝的形状,而且对焊缝的组织、力学性能和焊接质量有重要影响.熔池形状最重要的参数是熔深,它直接影响到接头的承载能力;其次是熔宽,熔池的宽深比对于提高焊接质量具有重要意义.

The shape of weld pool was one of important factors related to the welding process and the quality,which not only determined the shape of welding line,but also had an important influence in welding lines＇ microstructions,mechanical properties and qualities.The most important parameter of weld pool was the penetration which had direct influence in load-carrying capacities of joints,and another important parameter was the weld pool width that width-depth ratio has a significant meaning in improving welding quality.
