Analysis of the Leakage of Water-Cooling Shoot Board in Hot Core Box and Improving Methods

采用热芯盒法生产薄壁复杂砂芯是一种非常有效的方法,通过对热芯盒水冷射砂板的设计问题,结合理论分析和生产实践经验,从焊接方式、结构强度设计和加工制作工艺路线三方面进行了分析,提出了水冷射砂板频繁漏水的改进方案,提高了工装设计的实用性。

It is an effective method for making complicated and thin-wall sand core using hot core box.This article discusses the design process of water cooling shoot board based on theoretical analysis and production experience.We analyzed the reasons from the way of welding,the design of structure strength and the manufacture method,put forward some solutions for leakage,increased the practicability of hot core box design.
