摘要
详细地探讨了应变片法测量材料线膨胀系数的原理。指出了应变片法相对于传统的石英管膨胀仪法的优点及测试中需注意的事项。建立了一套低温下材料线膨胀系数的测量装置,并利用该装置测量了一种钢在4.2~100K的线膨胀系数。试验结果表明,用应变片法测量材料的线膨胀系数是一种简单可靠且经济实用的替代方法。
The principle of the strain gauge technique for thermal expansion measurement was systematically investigated. A comparison was made between the strain gaugetechnique and quartz-tube dilatometer technique. On base of these, a measurement was madeon a type of copper at low temperature from 4. 2K to 100K on a selfdesigned cryogenic testsystem. The experimental results prove that the strain gauge technique for thermal expansionmeasurement is a reliable and economic alternate method.
