摘要
为研制高精度标准齿轮和齿轮刀具的需要,对Y7125磨齿机的砂轮电机皮带轮松紧度对机床关键部位振动的影响进行了试验研究。比较了不同皮带松紧度下磨齿机关键部位振动的峰值位移,给出了磨齿机振动随皮带松紧度的变化情况。通过优化皮带的松紧度使砂轮修整器导轨的振动峰值位移减小了约56%,砂轮轴前端盖的振动峰值位移减少了约76%。试验结果表明,优化Y7125磨齿机电机皮带松紧度可减小机床的振动。
In order to meet the demand of developing high precision master gears and gear cutters,the influence of belt tightness on the Y7125 grinder's vibration level was studied experimentally.The rule of variation of the Y7125 grinder's vibration with the belt tightness was obtained by comparing the vibration displacement amplitude of key parts of the Y7125 grinder under varied belt tightness.Finally the vibration displacement of grinding wheel dresser guide was reduced by 55.74%,and the vibration displacement of grinding wheel spindle front cover was reduced by 76.47% by optimizing belt tightness of wheel generator.The experimental results show that optimization of belt tightness can reduce the vibration of Y7125 grinders.
