摘要
研制了一种适用于低温环境中的压力(差压)传感器。该传感器具有较高的精度、灵敏度、线性以及较快的响应速度。另以高性能、高速数据采集卡及Corn-paq486微机为二次仪表,组成了一套实时自动数据测量系统。该系统的硬件可靠,软件虚拟了各类数字化仪表,具有较强的数据处理能力和较便捷的操作性。
A kind of pressure (difference pressure) transducer suitable for cryogenicapplications is developed with a high accuracy, high sensitivity and high linearity, as well asa fast response frequency. An instantaneous data acquisition system consisted of a high-gain,high-performance data acquisition card and Compaq486 is developed, too. This system hasfollowing advantages: a reliable hardware, a software package simulating some digital instruments, a strong data processing ability and convenient operation.
