沙眼衣原体生长依赖MEK/ERK信号通路的激活 被引量:2

摘要 衣原体感染可激活宿主细胞的MEK/ERK信号通路,但该信号通路对衣原体生长的影响尚不清楚.通过Western blot和免疫荧光试验分别检测MEK/ERK信号通路阻断后沙眼衣原体(Chlamydia trachomatis,Ct)主要外膜蛋白(MOMP)表达及沙眼衣原体感染滴度的变化,研究MEK/ERK信号通路对沙眼衣原体生长的影响.研究发现,MEK/ERK信号通路阻断后MOMP表达减少,同时衣原体感染滴度也明显降低.结果表明沙眼衣原体的生长依赖MEK/ERK信号通路的激活. The MEK /ERK signaling pathway was activated in Chlamydia-infected cells,but its effect on development of Chlamydia is not clear.To investigate the effect of MEK /ERK signaling pathway on the development of Chlamydia,the major outer membrane protein (MOMP)and Chlamydia trachomatis infectious titers were detected by using Western blot and Immunofluorescence assays respectively after the MEK /ERK signaling pathway was blocked.The expression of MOMP was reduced,and the Chlamydia infectious titers were decreased after the MEK/ERK signaling pathway was blocked.The result suggested development of Chlamydia trachomatis was dependent on the MEK/ERK survival pathways.
