摘要
针对我国基层矿山地质环境管理中地质环境意识淡薄,管理制度不健全,调查评价、规划、监测等工作滞后,资金短缺等普遍问题存在的问题,提出基层矿山地质环境管理工作的重点是健全管理制度,加强政策引导,加大矿山地质环境治理资金投入,强化矿产资源开发全过程环境保护监督,最大限度地避免对地质环境的破坏。
According to all kinds of Problems such as geo-environment consciousness;unperfected management system;working lag;shortage of funds and so on in mine geo-environment management,the central management of base mining geo-environment were proposed.It was to perfect management system,to strengthen policy guidance,to increase mine geo-environment treatment funds,to harden environmental protection supervision during mineral resources exploitation process.
