推进信息进村入户 加快发展北海农村信息化

Promote Informationization into Villages and Rural Families and Expedite the Development of Beihai Rural Informatization

农村信息化是国家信息化建设的重要组成部分,党中央与国务院非常重视农村信息化建设,从贯彻落实科学发展观、构建社会主义和谐社会、建设社会主义新农村出发部署农村信息化建设。北海市位于广西沿海地区,是对外开放的前沿城市,现代农业、海洋产业是北海市的经济支柱产业,当地农业人口占城市人口70%以上,在北海市农村地区大力发展信息化,对加快北海经济和社会发展,提高北海人民生活水平,促进北海和谐新农村建设具有重要意义。文章对北海市农村信息化建设现状作了概括,分析了目前北海市在农村信息化建设中存在的主要问题,并对发展北海市农村信息化提出了几点具体建议。

Rural informationization refers to an important part of national informatization construction.The Party Central Committee and the State Council attach importance to it,as part of the efforts to carry out and fulfill the Scientific Outlook on Development and build socialist harmonious society and new socialist countryside and deploy rural informatization construction. Beihai is the coastal area in Guangxi,which is the frontier for external developing.Modern agriculture and costal industries are Beihai＇s pillars of the economy.Local agricultural population accounts for 70%above of urban population.In Beihai rural areas,the development of informationization is meaningful to expedite Beihai＇s economic and socialist development, improve local people＇s living standards and promote Beihai＇s harmonious rural construction.The article summarizes the status quo of Beihai rural informationization construction,analyzes current problems in it and puts forward some suggestion for Beihai informationization construction development.
