摘要
料浆密度和结晶溶液密度是硫酸铵生产操作过程中的重要参数。在以往测量中均采用核辐射密度计,由于该密度计的特殊性,用户使用过程中存在诸多不便,均希望以其他方法替代。结合硫酸铵装置中密度测量仪表的新选择,探讨了采用差压式密度计或插入式密度计测量的可行性,论述了两种密度计在具体应用时的实施方案,着重介绍了插入式密度计的安装应用及注意事项,表明在该装置中差压式密度计和插入式密度计相比核辐射密度计具有更高的性价比,安装维护亦更为简便,在类似工况条件下值得推广。
In the ammonium sulfate process, the slurry density and crystal solution density are important parameters. In similar projects the nuclear radiation densimeter was selected, because clients didn't feel easy about its maintenance and hope to replace them with the other. About new instrument selection for density measurement in one ammonium sulfate unit, the essay mainly probes into the feasibility of differential pressure or insertion densimeter in the process conditions, states applicable schemes of the said two density measurement devices and emphasizes the installation, application and know-how of the inserted densimeter. It is compared with nuclear radiation densimeter, both differential pressure and insertion type densimeter in this unit, as the suitable substitutes for nuclear densimeter, feature higher economical efficiency, easier installation and less maintenance and should be recommended for similar process conditions.
