摘要 锅炉汽包水位不仅关系到产生蒸汽的质量,同时对安全生产也是至关重要。双室平衡容器是一种结构巧妙,具有一定自我补偿能力的汽包水位测量辅助装置。在某制氢装置中,为了消除虚假水位的影响,提高液位测量精度,采用双室平衡容器配差压变送器的方法对汽包水位进行测量,并引入水包压力对测量结果进行密度补偿,改善测量装置及管路的保温措施,取得了较好的应用效果。介绍双室平衡容器的结构形式、工作原理、密度补偿计算及保温问题。 The water lever measurement in boiler drum is very important to guarantee the steam quality and process safety. The double chambers balance vessel is an auxiliary measurement device which has ingenious structure and self-compensation ability. In order to eliminate the influence of false water level and improve measurement accuracy, the differential pressure transmitters with double chambers balance vessels are used for the boiler drum level measurement in one refinery project. Meantime the drum steam pressure is input for density compensation calculation and the heat insulation for measurement system. These steps bring the beneficial effect. The structure and principle of double chamber balance vessel, the density compensation calculation and heat insulation are introduced.
