现在的工厂都有数量庞大、种类繁多的控制系统,如何实现各控制系统的时钟同步一直是困扰自动化行业的一个难题。时钟同步对于工业生产中的生产调度、故障查找、事故分析都有着非常重要的意义。同一厂商系统内的时钟同步,各厂商都有很好的解决方案,重点介绍如何实现不同系统的时钟同步,通过600 kt/a甲醇项目所采用的GPS实现系统时钟同步的方案,与其常规时钟同步方案的比较,说明了利用GPS实现不同系统时钟同步的优越性。
Nowadays, there is a large amount and various kinds of control systems built in the plant. How to realize control system clock synchronization is a difficult task in the area of industrial automation. In plant operation planning & arrangement, troubleshooting and faulty investigation, clock synchronization of control system makes significant sense. Various vendors have their proprietary solution in their own systems. How to realize the clock synchronization of different systems is main point to introduce. A scheme with GPS has applied in the plant of 600kt/a methanol for system clock synchronization is introduced. To compare the other regular solutions, GPS is proved with its advantages for the clock synchronization of different systems.
