摘要
针对企业蒸汽管线供用双方偏差大,数据难以平衡现象,以某石化企业的蒸汽计量系统为实例,提出了数据校正技术在能源计量管理中的使用,就数据校正技术的基本原理,分析了数据校正系统的基本算法和流程。经校正的能源计量数据,在企业能源计量管理中达到了很好的应用效果。数据校正技术的应用表明,该技术可以对能源数据供用偏差实现科学、正确的校正,避免了人工手动修改,提高了准确性。
Because there are large deviations between supply and consumption amount of steam and the data is difficult to balance, vapor measurement systems in some petrochemical enterprise is taken as an example, the application of the data reconciliation technique in energy source measurement management is proposed, the basic algorithm and process of the data reconciliation system is analyzed according to the basic principle of data reconciliation technique. The energy source measurement data corrected by the data reconciliation technique has achieved good application effect in the enterprise energy management. The technology can provide scientific and correct calibration for the deviation of the energy data, avoid manually modified, and improve accuracy.
