摘要
针对现有渐变色染色工艺技术存在的不足,根据微分原理,创新设计了一套渐变色染色装置,提出了着色→干燥→汽蒸发色→水洗固色→烘干整理的渐变色染色新工艺,并进行初步应用试验。介绍了渐变色染色新装置的工作原理、方法及其相关工艺条件的控制。试验结果表明,采用渐变色染色新工艺,一次就可完成两种或两种以上渐变色的染色,织物的渐进过渡效果和色牢度与现有工艺水平相当,且可提高生产效率,降低生产成本。
In view of existing problems in conventional gradient dyeing technology, a new gradient dyeing machine was innovatively designed based on differential theory, a new dyeing process was put forward including dyeing, drying, steaming for color development, rinsing, fixing and curing, and the pilot trials were carried out. Operating principle, processing method and parameter control were introduced. The results showed that two or more gradient colors could be dyed simultaneously with the new dyeing device, gradient effect and color fastness of the dyeings were better than those of the existing technology, and production efficiency was enhanced and cost was reduced.
