涤纶阻燃剂K-19的阻燃整理工艺 被引量:3

摘要 研究了阻燃剂K-19在涤纶织物上的阻燃整理工艺,考察了阻燃剂用量、焙烘温度、焙烘时间和酸度对阻燃效果的影响,测试了整理织物的耐久性。结果表明,优化的阻燃整理工艺为:阻燃剂K-19用量6%~12%,润湿剂适量,磷酸氢二钠用量0.5%(调节pH值6.5),焙烘温度200℃,时间1.5~2.0 min;阻燃整理后织物具有较好的耐久阻燃效果,且手感柔软。 Flame retardant finish of polyester fabric was carried out with flame retardant K-19. Influences of the dosage, acidity, curing temperature and time on flame retardancy were investigated, and durability of the finished fabric was tested. The results showed that the optimum process was flame retardant K-19 6% -12%, proper amount of a wetting agent, using O. 5% disodium hydrogen phosphate to adjust pH value to 6.5, and curing at 200 ℃ for 1.5 -2.0 minutes. The finished fabric featured durable flame retardancy and soft handle.
