摘要
介绍了汽车用纺织品的现状及存在的问题,提出汽车用纺织品的开发在具备传统纺织品要求的舒适美观和经济耐用外,还应具有防污、阻燃、抗静电、易去污和耐日晒等安全环保性方面的功能。针对这些功能,从原料和生产技术两方面提出了相应的对策,包括采用麻类天然纤维和生物质纤维,采用非织造布技术、纺前着色技术、后整理技术和纳米技术等。
Present status and existing problems of automotive textiles were introduced. Automotive textiles should provide not only comfortable and authentic properties, but also functional properties of oil resistance, fire proofing, antistatic property, soil release and UV protection. Countermeasures to realize these functions were expounded from raw materials and manufacturing technologies, such as selections of linen fibers and biomass fibers as raw materials, and processing with nonwoven technology, dope dyeing, functional finishing, and nano technology.
