摘要
目的:建立紫石英的最佳炮制工艺。方法:采用L18(37)正交表设计试验,以煅制温度、煅制时间、总酸含量、醋用量、煅淬次数、铺置厚度作为考察因素,每个因素各选三个水平,对紫石英炮制工艺进行优选。以相对密度、疏松度、水煎液和人工胃液浸提液中含钙量多指标进行综合加权评分。结果:通过方差分析优选出紫石英最佳炮制工艺为600℃下煅烧10min,以总酸含量为6.19g/100mL的醋煅淬3次,醋用量30%(V/W)。结论:本研究将为紫石英炮制工艺技术参数的量化和紫石英饮片质量标准的制订奠定基础。
AIM:To establish the optimal processing technology of Fluoritum.METHODS:The test was carried out by using orthogonal table L18(37).The factors were heating temperature,heating time,the content of total acid,vinegar amount,quenching times and laid thickness,and there were three levels of each factor.An aggregative weighted method was used with the relative density,loose density,calcium content in water decoction and artificial gastric juice as the evaluative criteria.RESULTS:Combined with the result of variance analysis,the optimal processing of Fluoritum was identified as calcining for ten min under the temperature of 600 ℃ and quenching triply with the total acid content of vinegar up to 6.19 g/100 mL and vinegar amount 30%(V/W).CONCLUSION:The research will lay a foundation for quantification of the technical parameters of the processing technology of Fluoritum and formulation of the quality standard of Fluoritum decoction pieces.
