Development of Orbit-type Transfusion Device with Locking-function

目的:研制一种具有止动功能的输液装置,防止列车振动、晃动和制动引起输液装置的移动,减少列车运行中对伤病员的手术救治和输液治疗的影响。方法:在传统轨道式输液架的基础上,增加导轮与轨道的挤压力,利用止动升降组件和防滑垫阻止输液架在轨道中的移动。结果:使用结果表明该输液装置具有移动和止动2种功能,能有效防止列车振动、晃动和制动引起的移位。结论:该装置移动灵活、止动可靠,操作方便、制作简单,特别适用于野战机动车辆、医院船或卫生列车中医疗救治单元安装使用。

Objective To develop a orbit-type intravenous transfusion device with lock-function at Train Surgery Site which can prevent shift caused by vibration,collision and emergent-brake of the train.Methods Moving in orbits of the new device was prevented by utilizing locking and lifting assemblies and antiskid pads with extrusion force between wheels and orbit increased based on improvements made to the traditional orbit-type intravenous transfusion device.Results The new device has the functions of moving and locking,which can effectively prevent shift of device caused by vibration,collision and emergent-brake of the train.Conclusion The device is easy to produce and operate.Being reliable and efficient to locking,it is applicable to moving medical units such as medical vehicles or hospital-ships or health-care trains.
