叙述了在经营过程中依据技术、质量、价格、交货等标准,按照成立评估小组、确定备选供应商以及列出评估指标并确定权重等5个步骤合理地选择供应商,并指出了在合作过程中对供货商及时进行各项绩效评价对于采购部门具有重要的意义。
The choice and performance evaluation of the suppliers have been an important part of the modern enterprise management and decent suppliers are inseparable parts for the strategic development of modern enterprises.This paper discusses how to choose suppliers properly in five steps according to the standards of technique,quality,price and delivering and also proposes the performance evaluation of the suppliers.
