摘要
目的分析2型糖尿病周围神经病变与尿微量白蛋白排泄率的关系。方法收集我院2004年3月至今收治的150例糖尿病患者临床资料进行分析。结果大量白蛋白组的感觉和运动神经异常率显著较高。结论糖尿病周围神经病变与尿微量白蛋白排泄率间存在密切的联系。
Objective To discuss the relationship of peripheral neuropathy and urine micro albumin excretion rate of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 150 patients＇ data of type 2 diabetes mellitus were collected for analyzing.Results The sensory and motive nerve of macro albumin group was significantly abnormal.Conclusion There was close relationship between peripheral neuropathy and urine micro albumin excretion rate of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
