可吸收螺钉治疗Sangeorzan Ⅱ型创伤性足舟骨骨折 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨可吸收钉治疗足舟骨骨折的方法和手术效果。方法足背内侧切口,复位移位骨折块,沿骨折线垂直方向拧入可吸收螺钉1或2枚,同时处理距舟关节脱位或肌腱嵌入。结果采用可吸收钉治疗的7例Sangeorzan Ⅱ型骨折全部愈合,患足可负重无痛行走,1例第2年出现创伤性关节炎症状,没有舟骨缺血坏死,足部功能活动良好。结论可吸收螺钉治疗足舟骨Sangeorzan Ⅱ型骨折,临床效果满意,避免了二次取出手术,具有一定的临床应用价值。
