摘要
在浸润剂中使用复合偶联剂,改善无碱玻璃纤维增强PA复合材料的耐黄变性,并提高机械性能。结果表明:当配方中偶联剂用量为1.0%,润滑剂用量为0.1%,其它助剂含量不超过0.3%时,玻纤的浸润剂附着率达0.85%,切断率为96.6%;30%玻璃纤维增强PA复合材料拉伸强度达到157,MPa,冲击强度达到9.0,kJ/m2,色差值L=74.17,a=-4.3,b=4.02。不仅提高玻纤的浸润剂附着率和短切性,而且保证制品的强度和外观。
Complex coupling agents were used in the fiber sizes to improve the yellowing resistance and mechanical properties of E-glass fibers.The results showed that when the size formula contained 1.0% coupling agent,0.1% lubricant and ≯0.3% other additives,the glass strands made thereby exhibited up to 0.85% size pick-up and 96.6% choppability,while PA composite with 30% fiber fraction exhibited 157MPa tensile strength,9.0%,kJ/m^2 impact strength and color difference values L=74.17,a=4.3,b=4.02.These can not only improve the size pick-up and choppability of glass strands,but also enhance the strength and appearance of composite products.
