摘要
】通过在不同的气氛下高温热处理Bi2212相的超导样品,发现随块材中C杂质含量的增加,其熔化温度由865℃下降到850℃,同时其超导电性能下降。高温热处理之后,用离心浇铸法制备的Bi2212圆筒显示一定的超导电性(~40A/cm3),其超导电性能随C含量降低而增强。为避免圆筒在高温下变形。
To treated the Bi2212 bulk materials under the different gases by high temperature. The result indicates that the melting temperature of the Bi2212 materials decrease from 865℃ to 850℃, and its the superconductive properties get down seriously with the increasement of the impurity of carbon. After annealed. the Bi2212 tubes made by the centrifugal casting method show some superconductivity (~40A/cm 2) under the low carbon content. In order to avoid the changing of its style, the treatment temperature is suitable nearly 810℃。
