摘要
文章介绍了AVAR的基本概念,分析比较了外差法、相位噪声密度测量(锁相)法以及直接数字相位噪声测量法三种测量技术。分析了减少阿伦方差精确估计的关键是正确排除波形失真、评估器偏差以及虚假干扰信号的影响。直接数字测量技术能灵活的设置测量带宽,对AVAR的估计具有最适宜噪声带宽,使得阿伦方差的测量估计更加正确、快捷、容易和可靠。
This paper introduced the basic concept of AVAR, analyzed and compared such three methods as the heterodyne method, the method of the phase-noise density measurement (phase-locked) and the method of direct-digital phase measurement. Furthermore, it is analyzed that the crucial issues to reduce the Allan Variance precise estimation are to correctly eliminate the waveform distortion, the estimator% deviation and the affects caused by the false signal interference. The technology of direct-digital phase measurement is capable to set up the bandwidth for measurement with flexibilities, together with the most suitable noise bandwidth for AVAR estimation, thereby enabling the Allan Variance estimation much more correct, faster, easier and reliable.
