摘要
用表面粗糙度测量及XPS技术研究了加速气候老化时户外绝缘用乙丙橡胶表面的变化规律结果表明,随老化时间增加,表面粗糙度首先增加,然后降低;表面的C-C含量降低,而C-O。
The efFect of accelerated weathering aging on EPDM rubber used for outdoor insulationwere studied by surface roughness measurement and XPS. With increasing aging time, the surfaceroughness of EPDM rubber increased at first, and then decreased. The surface oxygen and aluminumcontent were found to increase and that of carbon, silicon and nitrogen to decrease with time. Thedetailed XPS analysis indicated that the concentration of carbon in C-C decreased and that of highlyoxidized carbons in C-O, C=O and O=C-O increased with time. The appearance of O=C-O on theSurface of EPDM rubber was a sign in which EPDM rubber became aged. The aging speed decreasedwith time. The aging mechanism was also discussed.
