MULTI-STAGE ADSORPTION OF NITROGEN ONTO PAN-BASED ACF OF SUPEWLARGE SPECIFIC SURFACE AREA

摘要 研究了超大比表面积ACF(K-AcF)对氮的多段吸附机理通过各样品孔径结构(基于DFT)和吸附过程(DR曲线描述)比较分析,探讨不同孔径结构对K-ACF的多段吸附的影响,结合前人工作提出了超大比表面积ACF的多段充填机理,并重点分析了极微孔中的吸附过程(第一吸附段),解释了K-ACF的DR曲线偏离理想DR曲线的原因。 There are some differences betWeen PAN-based ACF with large specific surfacearea (K-ACF) and common ACF(relatively small S.S.A.) in pore structures. The former is of muchmore abundant pore structures than the latter. but these pores, whether in K-ACF or in commonACF, comply with similar distribution rule (discontinuous pore size distributions (PSD)). And thesediscontinuous PSDs lead to multi-stage adsorption of nitrogen onto K-ACF. like common ACF. Thefirst stage in three-stage adsorption is determined from distribution and volume of ultra-micropores,which leads to negative deviations at very low partial pressure in DR plot.
