摘要
利用CdSe纳米材料可以通过改变其大小和形状得到不同波段发射光谱的特点,在常规荧光粉中加入发射波长为630nm的红色CdSe纳米材料,补充大功率白光LED光谱在深红波段的缺失。结果表明:引入红色CdSe纳米材料后,大功率白光LED的显色指数最高可到90左右,色温降低,但光效有所下降。这种方法为提高大功率白光LED显色指数提供了一种新的解决方案。
CdSe nano-materials with different bands of emission spectrum can be obtained by changing their sizes and shapes,based on which,red CdSe nano-materials with the emission wavelength of 630nm can be mixed into the conventional phosphor to offset the shortage of emission spectrum of high-power white LED in the dark red band.The result shows that mixing red CdSe nano-materials into the conventional phosphor can improve the color-rendering index up to 90%,lower the color temperature,but meanwhile the luminous efficiency will also be reduced.
