摘要
温度是影响光源稳定性的重要因素之一。为了更好地对光源进行数字化精密控制,从光源温度控制的热平衡理论出发,结合光源内部组件的工作原理和特性,分析了光纤陀螺用超辐射发光二极管(SLD)光源的温度控制特性,并通过试验对理论分析结果进行了验证。理论分析和试验结果表明,动态过程比静态过程需要的PID控制参数大;制冷过程比加热过程需要的PID控制参数大;温度偏离设定温度越远,PID控制参数偏离设定温度的控制参数也越远。该理论分析结果可为进一步完善SLD光源数字温度控制算法、提高全温控制精度提供直接依据。
Temperature control characteristics of superluminescent diode(SLD)are analyzed based on the heat balance theory and certified by experiments.The experimental results indicate that,the PID parameters in dynamic state process are bigger than those in static state process,the PID parameters in cooling process are bigger than those in heating process,bigger difference between the setting temperature and the normal environment temperature results in more deviations of the PID control parameters from those under the setting temperature.These results can provide some advices for improving the control accuracy for SLD temperature control.
