摘要
对新型纺织材料样品分别采用溴化钾压片法、ATR法、薄膜透射法等方法进行制样和测试,比较了不同方法得到的红外谱图的质量,从而确立了几种新型纺织材料比较适合的红外光谱分析制样和测试方法:氧化棉纱线适合用溴化钾压片法;多孔丝素支架材料适合用ATR法;丝素蛋白膜适合用薄膜透射法.
The sampling and testing techniques of the new textile materials′ infrared spectroscopy are introduced.Differ-ent sampling and testing techniques,such as the KBr disk method,attenuated total reflectance method(ATR) and film transmission method are compared.The result shows that oxidized cotton yarn should be tested by KBr disk method,porous silk fibroin scaffold material should be tested by ATR method,silk fibroin film should be tested by film transmission method.
