磁控溅射镀膜锦纶织物结合牢度的研究 被引量:8

摘要 采用磁控溅射技术,以钛金属为靶材,锦纶织物为基材,制备了镀钛锦纶长丝织物.通过观测镀膜织物的表面形貌发现:镀膜仅覆盖在织物表面的纤维上,呈非连续分布状态,而经纬纱线间原有的空隙依然保留;受经纬纱交织点的影响,镀膜在经纱或纬纱呈交替分布.采用胶粘带法剥离镀膜,发现当剥离强度达到3.4~4.3 N/m时,依然没有薄膜脱落,说明镀膜与织物间具有较好的结合牢度.采用摩擦法测量镀膜的耐磨性,发现随溅射时间的增加,镀膜所能承受的耐磨次数增加,当镀膜时间为220 s时,其耐磨次数可达9 200次. Because of the specific practical function of surface metallic fabrics,Ti-metallic nylon fabrics were prepared by magnetron sputtering technology.The surface morphology of film-deposited fabrics was observed,and the results show that Ti film is only deposited on fabrics′ surface fibers in a discontionuous state,and blanks be-tween yarns are remained.Under the influence of weaving points of warp and weft yarns,Ti film distribute al-ternately on yarns′ surface.Ti film and fabrics have good bonding fastness as proved by adhesive tape peel-off method and when the peel-off intensity was up to 3.4-4.3 N/m,there was still no film apart from substrates.Ti film′s abrasion resistance was tested by rubbing method,and it is found that Ti film abrasion resistance improves with the increase of the sputtering time,when the sputtering time is 220 s,the abrasion cycles are up to 9 200.
