摘要
以钛金属为靶材、以锦纶织物为基体,通过改变溅射时间,溅射功率和溅射气压,制备出钛金属镀膜锦纶织物试样,然后进行摩擦试验.采用扫描设备获得了织物摩擦前后的图像,利用软件neoimaging测试织物组织点处的亮度,以相对亮度的变化反映镀膜的磨损.研究表明:随着溅射时间和溅射功率的增加,镀膜的耐磨性提高;较为合适的溅射气压是0.5~3 Pa,溅射气压过高,耐磨性反而降低.
Basing on the titanium metal and nylon fabric,by changing the sputtering time,sputtering power and sputter-ing pressure,the specimen of nylon fabric coated with titanium can be received,and then the friction experi-ment is done.The images of the fabric before and after friction are obtained by scanning equipment,and then the software of neoimaging is applied to test the brightness of fabric neoimaging point in order to reflect the changes of the wear coating with the changes of relative brightness.It is shown that as the sputtering time and sputtering power increases,the wear resistance of coatings grows higher as a consequence;the more appropriate sputtering pressure is 0.5-3 Pa,when the sputtering pressure is too high,the wear resistance decreases.
