一种船舶机舱监测报警系统的改造方案

An Improvement Method of Monitoring and Alarming System for Marine Engine Room

针对某船舶机舱监测报警系统的改造需求,利用西门子S7-200系列可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)作为数据采集和处理单元,选用西门子工业触摸屏MP 377及其组态软件WinCC flexible 2008制作监测报警界面,并利用PLC自由口通信方式将监测报警延伸到轮机长房间,实现了对机舱两台主机和3台发电机的温度、压力、转速等参数的多种方式显示以及报警、故障打印、轮机日志打印等功能。新系统已投入使用,性能稳定可靠。

According to the requirement of a ship for transforming the monitoring and alarming system,Siemens S7-200 series PLC is chosen to collect and process data,Siemens industrial touch panel MP377 is selected as the HMI device,the software of WinCC flexible 2008 is used to configurate the monitoring and alarming interfaces,and the monitoring and alarming system is even extended to the chief engineer room by freeport comunication.The new system achieves the following functions：showing the temperature points,pressure points and speed points of two main motors and three generators in a variety of ways,fault alarming,fault printing,Engine Log printing,etc..The new system has been put into use,and the performance is stable and reliable.
