摘要
目的探讨高血压病患者临床麻醉的处理方法。方法对2008年5月至2009年5月前来我院进行手术的100例高血压患者均采用全身麻醉。结果术中出现室性早搏6例,心动过速7例,未发生心脑血管意外术,中血压均较平稳,麻醉效果良好。结论高血压病人手术时,选择全身麻醉较为安全。
Objective To investigate the clinical anesthesia in hypertensive patients treatment.Methods From May 2008 to May 2009 to come to our hospital for an operation of 100 patients with hypertension were.Results Of surgery using general anesthesia appear premature ventricular contractions 6 cases, tachycardia in 7 cases,no cardio-cerebral vascular accident occurred intraoperative blood pressure than those in stable,good anesthesia during surgery.Conclusion Hypertensive patients choose general anesthesia is safer.
