摘要
采用内口缝闭瘘管剔除术治疗肛瘘38例,一次性治愈36例,治愈率94.7%,半年后随访无复发。该术式损伤小,术后肛门形态正常,功能无障碍,疗程短,可重复施术。
With mouth sewn closed in treatment of anal fistula excluded 38 cases,36 cases of one-time cure,the cure rate was 94.7%, after six months follow-up without recurrence.The surgical damage,anal morphologically normal,functional barrier-free, short course,to repeat the treatments.
