Application of Fuzzy Comprehensive Assessment to the Division of Oil Spill Risk from Tankers in Ports

阐明港口船舶溢油风险区划的必要性，提出了应用模糊综合评判进行溢油风险区划的方法，给出算例并加以讨论。

In this paper, the necessity of dividing the risks of oil spill from tankers in ports is described; a method of dividing the risks of oil spill with fuzzy comprehensive assessment is presented; and finally a case history is given and discussed.
