摘要
采用 SHR法处理化学药物制剂废水. 调节 pH至7.5,进水 CODcr 224~1530 mm/L,曝气10 h, CODcr容积负荷达2.58kg/m~3·d,CODcr的去除率高达94.2%,处理后出水CODcr<100mg/L,达到综合排放标准(GB897-96)一级标准。CODcr容积负荷至3.84 kg/m~3·d, CODcr去除率仍>85.9%。
The condition of chemicals medicine wastewater treatment by SBR were showed as follows: the CODer of inflow was in the range of 224~1530 mg/L f CODcr volume load of the reactor was 2.58 kg CODer/m^3·d and the pH value of wastewater was adjusted to 7.5. When the wastewater was aerated for 10 hours, the CODcr removal efficiency could reach 94. 2 % and the CODer of effluent was less than 100 mg/L, which met the requirement of the first degree standard of wastewater synthetic discharge standard. When CODcr volume load rised to 3. 84 kg CODcr/m^3·d, the CODcr removal efficiency could still be more than 85. 9 %.
