动静脉内瘘血栓形成与可溶性内皮细胞蛋白C受体的关系 被引量：3

摘要 自体动静脉内瘘（AVF）是慢性肾衰竭（CRF）维持性血液透析（MHD）患者较理想的血管通路.内瘘丧失功能仍然困扰着医生和患者,其最常见原因为血栓形成,因此,了解内瘘血栓形成的原因、影响因素,预测血栓形成以便早期干预成为人们关注的问题.本研究通过检测已行AVF成形术患者的血浆可溶性内皮细胞蛋白C受体（soluble endothelial cell protein C receptor,sEPCR）水平,探讨其在AVF血栓形成患者中的预测价值及其变化的可能原因.
