临床护理教师核心能力培训的实践 被引量:7

摘要 目的提高临床护理教师自身核心能力,优化临床护理教学的师资队伍结构。方法采取院校合作、开设特色课程、以问题为基础的学习、导师制等措施。结果临床护理教师的能力和素质得到提高,取得了令人满意的效果。结论合格的临床护理教师是提高临床护理教学效果的重要保证,有助于推动护理事业的发展。
