多孔聚乙烯和生物陶瓷人工听骨在鼓室硬化手术中应用的疗效分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的比较多孔聚乙烯和生物陶瓷人工听骨在鼓室硬化手术中的疗效。方法回顾性分析1992~2009年生物陶瓷人工听骨和多孔聚乙烯人工听骨在鼓室硬化锤砧固定型运用的完整病例31例(31耳),术中运用多孔聚乙烯人工听骨17例(17耳),生物陶瓷人工听骨14例(14耳),术后随访3~24月,分析患者言语频率(500,1000,2000Hz)纯音平均听阈(PTA)及气骨导差(ABG),比较两种人工听骨植入的疗效。结果两组术后言语频率PTA及ABG高分子多孔聚乙烯人工听骨为(33.23±11.02)dBHL和(20.98±8.29)dBHL,生物陶瓷人工听骨为(36.07±14.63)dBHL和(23.09±9.42)dBHL,较术前改善,有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组人工听骨疗效无明显差别(P>0.05)。结论高分子多孔聚乙烯和生物陶瓷人工听骨都能够提高鼓室硬化患者的听力,需注意预防并发症。 Objective To evaluate the effect of ossicularreconstruction with partial ossicularreplacement prosthesis(PORP) in patients with tympanosclerosis.Methods The data of 31 cases of tympanosclerosis treated between 1992 and 2009 were reviewed.Of the 31 patients,17(17 ears) underwent ossicular reconstruction with porous macromolecular polyethylene PORP,and 14(14 ears) with bioceramic PORP.All the patients were followed up for 3-24 months.Results Significant improvement was found in postoperative speech frequency(500,1000,2000 Hz) pure tone average(PTA) and air-bone gap(ABG)(P〈0.05) afterthe treatments without statistically significant differences between the two groups(P〉0.05).Conclusion Porous macromolecular polyethylene and bioceramic are valuable ossicular prosthesis for tympanosclerosis.
