摘要 阵列天线各通道幅度增益和相位误差使得高分辨率的参数估计算法的性能下降,特别是相位的误差,将会引起参数估计的偏离。所以对于各通道的校正是很有必要的。提出了一种均匀线阵通道的校正方案,用于降低各信道的不一致性。方案的基本思想是在阵列满足远场的位置放置一个RF辐射源。通过对RF的开、关,得到RF信号的相关矩阵R,用于各通道的不一致性估计。该方案校正过程中RF将进行一次频率切换,可以通过RF将其切换信息传送给校正阵列。以DOA(波达方向)估计为例,通过计算机仿真,可以看出方案的有效性。 The amplification gain and phase error of array antenna channels results in performance degradation of the high-resolution parameter estimation algorithms,the phase error,in particular,would cause the deviation of parameter estimation.Therefore,the correction of each channel is quite necessary.This paper presents a calibration scheme for uniform linear array in reducing the difference of each channel.The basic idea of this scheme is the placement of RF radiation in a location satisfactory to the far-field conditions.Through the opening and closing of RF,the correlation matrix R of RF signal,for estimating the differences of each channel is obtained.The correction process of this scheme is an implementation of RF frequency switching,the switch information is sent,through RF,to the calibration array.With DOA(Direction of Arrive) estimation as an example,the computer simulation indicates that the proposed scheme is feasible and effective.
