关于医疗下乡白内障手术前后心理护理的体会

目的:医疗队下乡,在提供专业医疗救助的同时,也不能忽略对病人的心理护理。心理护理需要贯穿医疗、护理治疗整个过程。方法:采用整体护理的方法,加强与病人进行有效的心理沟通。结果:通过有效沟通,病人对手术和护理的满意度,较之未强调整体护理前,有了显著的提高。结论:要取得患者的信任和理解,不仅要有专业的医学知识,还要有高度的责任感、同情心、亲和力和以人为本的服务宗旨为指导。我们的整体护理贯穿了整个医疗和护理治疗过程,也包括在了医疗下乡之内。系统的整体护理,让心理护理工作在病人的治疗、预防、康复中发挥了重要的作用。同时,合理的护患沟通也能减少医疗纠纷的发生。

Objective：As our ophthalmic medical team was supplying the professional medical aid in the downtowns, we also can 1 ignore the psychological nursing of the patients. The whole process of remedy and nursing care need to be penetrated by the psychological nursing. Methods：Intensify the communication between patients and us efficiently by the method of so called Holistic nursing. Results：By efficient communication,patients are much more satisfied on the surgical operation and nursing care, than which were before. Conclusion：We must be not only prof essional on the medical knowledge, but also be highly resposible, sympathetic, kind, and guided by the service purpose of people - oriented, if we want to win the trust and understanding of our patients. Our concept of Holistic nursing has run through the whole process of curing and nursing remedy, and at the same time also has run through the whole program of the Medical Went to The Countryside. Thanks to the systematical Holistic nursing,the psychological nursing,which as one of the key factors in the Holistie nursing syst em,has played an important role in the patients＇curing,prophylaxes,and convalescence. Meanwhile an appropriate communication can reduce the happening of medical disputes,too.
