腹腔镜下根治性膀胱切除术治疗膀胱癌的临床分析

目的:探讨腹腔镜下全膀胱切除术(LRC)的方法与疗效。方法:对2004年5月至2009年7月149例浸润性膀胱癌患者,随机分成两组,分别行开放性治疗术与LRC,并对术后并发症、恢复情况进行比较。结果:两组患者在术中出血量、术后恢复速度、住院时间方面存在显著差异,在手术时间与并发症方面无显著差异。结论:腹腔镜下根治性全膀胱切除术(LRC)创伤小、出血少、术后恢复快,适合广泛应用于临床。

Objective：To evaluate laparoscopic cystectomy of the method and effect. Methods： From May 2004 to July 2009 were 149 cases of LRC invasive blad- der cancer were randomly divided into two groups underwent open surgery and the treatment of LRC, and postoperative complications, recovery were compared. Results： The patients in the blood loss, postoperative recovery rate and hospitalization time were significantly different, the operation time and complications were no significant differences. Conclusion ： Laparoscopic radical cystectomy trauma,less bleeding, faster recovery, suitable for wide clinical application.
