30例糖尿病足患者的临床分析

摘要 糖尿病足是糖尿病综合因素引起的足部疼痛、皮肤深溃疡、肢端坏疽等病变总称,是与下肢远端神经异常和不同程度的周围血管病变相关的足部感染、溃疡和/或深层组织破坏是糖尿病慢性并发症之一,也是导致糖尿病病人致残死亡的主要原因之一[1-2]。糖尿病患者的截肢率是非糖尿病患者的15倍[3]。故掌握临床正确的治疗手段是临床医师的重要任务。 Diabetic foot is the general term of various symptoms caused by Diabetes Mellitus,including foot pain,deep ulcer of skin, acromelic gangrene and so on. As a complication of diabetic foot, it includes symptoms like foot infection ,ulcer and damage of deep tissue layers which are related to lower limb distal end nerve anomaly and various degree of peripheral vascular disease. Diabetic foot is also the main cause of disability and deaths to patients with diabetes mellitus. Patients with diabe- tes amputation rate is 15 times to diabetes. Therefore, it correctly grasp the clinical treatment is an important task to clinical physieians.
