盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗慢性牙周炎疗效观察

The efficacy about Minocycline hydrochloride ointment in the treatment of chronic periodontitis

目的:观察米诺环素软膏局部治疗牙周炎的临床疗效。方法:选择2009年01月至2010年09月来我院就诊的慢性牙周炎患者90例,随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组45例用盐酸米诺环素软膏,对照组45例用20g/L碘甘油,试验前后检查牙龈指数和牙周袋深度,结合临床症状进行综合评价。结果:用药4周后,试验组牙龈指数和牙周袋深度明显好转,试验组临床疗效明显优于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗慢性牙周炎疗效显著,具有一定的临床运用价值。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of minocycline ointment in periodontitis by local treatment. Methods：90 patients with chronic periodontitis treated in our hospital from January 2009 to September 2010 were divided into 2 groups randomly,including experimental group （n = 45, treated with Minocycline hydro- chloride ointment） and control group（ n = 45, Treated with iodine glycerin 20g/L）, Comprehensive evaluating the gingival index and pocket depth before and after the treatment with clinical symptoms. Results：Gingival index and the pocket depth in experimental group was improve significantly than that in control group（p 〈0.05） at 4th Weekend. Conclusions：The clinical efficacy of minocycline ointment was improve significantly in the treatment of chronic periodontitis. Minoeycline hydrochloride ointment is useful with a certain value in clinical.
